Totally ignore the grandstanding propaganda on their website, quoting professionalism, honesty, integrity, and transparency. What you can expect however, is a lack of professionalism, deceitful tactics, with an absolute minimum of either integrity or transparency. Their use of residents funds are often wasteful and ineffective. On a more positive note, so long as you are subservient and prepared to be used as a "cash cow" you may well indeed find them to be somewhat acceptable. Overall, a woeful and disreputable company to deal with.
