From our first point of contact to the end of the contract everything was explained throughly and the work was carried out to a high standard. Lionel confirmed our suspicions about the damp we had discovered and a plan to correct this was put in place. Unfortunately when the initial work commenced another problem was found which was not visible until the plater was removed. Advanced Damp dealt with this by providing a structural engineer to carry out a survey and then they were able to complete the extra work needed. We found that each and everyone of their staff that we had contact with were professional and easy to get on with, nothing was too much trouble for them. All areas were left neat tidy.
