Advanced Damp staff were efficient and helpful from beginning to end.Rob the surveyor came on 10/4/24 and produced an excellent report which identified the possible causes of the damp floor and walls and the remedial action required.Leah the Customer Services Assistant effectively coordinated the work and administration throughout the process which lasted approx 2 months and was helpful in keeping us up to date.Alan uncovered a leaking hot water pipe which was the cause of the problem and Dan who did most of the work was most helpful,friendly and efficient.This involved removing the damaged flooring and walls,applying damp treatment,relaying the floor and replastering the walls.He also installed an ACO drain system outside.The whole operation was overseen by Keith the manager He was most helpful in making things happen,including a personal visit to our house and producing a revised survey report and estimate.Overall we were most impressed by the team at Advanced Damp Ltd.
