Advance insurance contacted me for my renewal on my van insurance in January as it is due in February, Megan Brown at Advance worked out my best options and I was happy with my quote.I asked Megan if its OK to hold quote till End of January to which she did today ,I contacted Advance and asked to speak with Megan who was going for lunch ,one of her colleagues said but within 5 minutes Megan rang me back and we completed the transaction really nice smooth ,a nice person to speak too .
