I just got a order from advantage lumber . 56 boards of decking and out of the 56 - 20 was in bad shape crucked and all twisted . I call my order representative and all they told me is that they i have to send pictures of the boards ( and that they are only replaced if they of by 1/8 yo every board foot . I send them videos showing the defects and they told me they can not receive video on they computer ( can you believe that kind of excuse ) horrible delivery time and customer service ( that is after you purchase) because before i placed my order i received about 5 yo 6 email trying to make sure i close my order before i when somewhere else . I will never by from them again . And do not recommend their service . I have a customer waiting to get their deck finished and i got this type of response from this store . Im very disappointed with this company
