I have spent over 10k on IPE wood and have made 3 orders to Advantage Lumber. The customer service is awful and delivery times are significant. When asking when an order will arrive, I have been always answered with a cryptic answer " Our order lead times are unto 14 business days and from then it is unto the carrier". I experienced additional issues and problems when asking about board split/cracking and was met with an immediate and defensive customer service rep. I could not even finish a sentence before this guy finished what I was trying to say...The first question "where did you store your wood? Thats why it cracked, did you read our website and policy?... These guys are a marketing machine drop shipping from several locations and don't care once your payment is made.
