If I could give less than a one star I would. I have spent thousands of dollars over the last few years at advantage lumber with no problem. My last purchase, about $7000 of tigerwood, was a mess. I had never seen wood warp like some of the boards did. Some boards were dried properly, others were not. Not only did "18 yrs at advantage lumber John" state that in 18 yrs and millions on dollars of tigerwood sold, he had NEVER had any issues with tigerwood (seriously...), he portrayed it was our fault. To make matters worse, he NEVER responded to us regarding our request for replacement pieces. The real sad thing is I needed additional boards and was going to make another order, yet no response. The warped boards were so bad, they were unusable. It appears as long as your order has no issues, you should be fine, but don't expect any customer service or response if there is there is the slightest problem with your order. I do tons of wood work and have now taken my business elsewhere.
