This is the solar/battery company of Carbon Savers, the battery offer was good and battery operation have been good. But the communications before and after the installation have been lacking. We were not informed that the equipment would be dropped off on the Sunday before the installation. The discussion on backup circuits was perfunctory, and a second electrician' explanation of the switchboard didn't make any sense. I still haven't received any paperwork (manual, shutdown guide) three months after installation. I googled materials and wrote my own circuit description, why there is a battery bypass switch, and what the shutdown procedure is, but I haven't had any response to a request to confirm that it is correct.I can understand being under the pump with the rebate, but some standard procedures and guides would go a long way.
