Hassle free experience from the first meeting with Mike at our home to the installation only a few weeks later. Mike was great in providing all the information we needed and tailor a system that suits our family/usage. We ended up with 8.5kw solar system with 20kw battery storage. We’ve had the system for approx 5 months and yet to see a bill. The SOLARMAN Smart app is easy to navigate and see how well the system is running. Customer support also great, I did have to follow up after the final independent inspection and ask some questions which they assisted with and can change things remotely also. I like that I only have 1 number to call if I have questions/issues and they’re located in Melbourne.
