I will never bring my truck here. They have the worst customer service. They seem to have no care about what service they give.I take my truck in for front-end suspension work. They say it will take a day. They called about when their shop was closing and told me it would not be done; it would be done the next day by noon. So I have to extend my rental car one more day. I took all that ok, but the next day, I called at about 1130 am, and of course, no one answered the phone, which is pretty common. I leave a message for them to call me, and they never call, so when I get off work at 130, I drive down to their shop to see what is going on with my truck. I talked to someone in the office, and they went into the shop and came back a few minutes later and told me that their alignment shop dropped the ball and had not done the alignment yet and it would be done by 5 o'clock so I drive home which is not around the corner, I live about 30 miles away. It was about 4 o'clock, and they called and told me my truck would not be done today. Everything is done, but the alignment if I want to pick up my truck and bring it back after the weekend for the alignment. At this point, I just wanted my truck and to be done with that shop. They refunded the money for the alignment, and I will get an alignment somewhere else. I will never use that shop again.
