My advisor, Kellen, was super helpful and organized and takes whatever time is needed to explain advise and onboard me - the peace of mind that comes with knowing I am doing what needs to be done is great. Scheduling appointments is easy and his team is also very responsive and helpful. The tax service was great.The tech side, though - strangely not user-friendly. The websites and menus are confusing and they don't update frequently enough from connected accounts, which is seriously strange, considering the company. And please make the budgeting software better - steal from Mint! Overall: well worth it!
