Aecojoy is a completely fraudulent and criminal company. They are not actually in the business of selling patio covers and gazebos, they are in the business of defrauding unsuspecting people (unfortunately me) by offering refunds for crappy products and then getting you to send more money through Zelle or Venmo in order to get the refund. I should have know something was wrong when the immediately offered a refund and did not want the items returned. They said they couldn’t refund my credit card because they “don’t keep customers' card info on file.” Then he tried to direct me to use Zelle for the refund. He even told me to use the "Pay" option instead of "Request" because “we’re a business,” and gave some BS excuse to justify it. Classic scammer behavior. They are very smooth and not that familiar with Zelle, I fell into the trap. They ripped me off for $3800. And, they kept trying to get me to Zelle them more money. They should be in jail.
