Absolutely appalling. They arranged for my eco 4 heating to be installed. After it was installed I made numerous complaints about- the previous heating system dumped outside with promise of removal, it's still there almost 3 months later.- heating engineer said 'I've forgotten the carbon dioxide monitor for the top of the boiler, you can get one off amazon'- a leak in the boiler that still hasn't been resolved.- floor boards left with holes in them amd covered up with the carpet, we're unable to walk on parts of the landing!- warranty hasn't come through for the boiler.I have been so stressed over this with no help from them whats so ever.
