I had a dreadful experience with this service. They initially agreed to transport my vehicle for $375 but tried to charge me $1,200.00 on the day of pickup. I was also informed twice about confirmed pickup dates, and after driving over 100 miles on two occasions, they did not show up despite their messages claiming the driver was en route. I ultimately had to threaten to involve law enforcement to retrieve my deposit.
They provided excellent support during a tough time. Initially, I faced challenges, but they managed to get me the prices I needed, securing a fantastic deal. They ensured my satisfaction, and I truly appreciate all their efforts.
