If you have a question or need help finding a doctor, you shouldn't count on support. You ask one thing and get an answer to another question, and you'll be lucky if you get it. To connect to support in English, you need to find out how to cross the IVR in Spanish. Making an appointment for children with doctors through the app is impossible, and you need to call the clinics yourself and make arrangements. I have never seen such terrible service in any insurance company. The laziest Contact Center ever. I do not recommend anyone to get insurance here.
