It was frustrating that they sent the wrong part. I liked that they responded quickly and sent out the proper part 3 days later. Disliked that they didn't fully read my e-mails and address ALL questions asked, even when asked in two separate consecutive emails!Prices were not competitive, but I had to buy from them as I could not find this item anywhere else. I wanted to support Canada as I am located in Canada, but was charged in USD even though the item came from Quebec.
