WARNING! My payout was supposed to be processed on November 18, 2025, with a two-day wait. Unfortunately, they keep asking me to be patient. I've contacted their support regularly and have evidence of everything, yet they claim it's still under review by the risk team. After posting a review on a platform, one of their support agents even threatened me to remove it for a chance at my payout. Now it's December 1, 2025, and it's still pending. What a shame and waste of time.
