I'm a committed member of the Aeons clan, having bougght several products on a regular basis for around 12 months. I have a number of chronic conditions, made worse by having had LONG COVID for the last 12 months, leading to a progressive collapse in my mobility. I've tried it and find it edelicious, but haven't yet been able to establish a routine of regular use because ive been engaged on a major and intrusive project to future proof my home for longer independent living (i'm 80), However,quite apart from enjoying it, I have every confidence that, like the rest of my Aeons/Physical Nutrition products, it willl deliver its claimed benefits.
