The advertisements are misleading, contradictory, and clearly contain false images or information. Different ads claim a 60%, 100%, and 200% increase in packed volume (which is accurate?). Several ads show individuals struggling with a suitcase due to weight, not reduced volume of contents. The bags decrease volume, not weight. Claims like 'Two weeks of travel with just a carry-on!' seem exaggerated. One ad shows two pairs of shoes ready to pack but they are never actually packed. The reduction in baggage is not substantiated. Has the management of this company reviewed these ads? If not, they are neglecting their responsibility for transparency (definitely lacking in truthful product capabilities). Despite my recommendations, my spouse purchased two bags ($175 for two pieces of plastic and a pump). Using only woolens, after air extraction, the volume shrank by only about 40%. Is it worth the money? I think not! Name withheld.
