They did not confirm whether my flight would proceed, but offered options to change it or request a refund, which was quite clear. However, the provided links for these options are non-functional, and contacting them via phone, email, or chat has proven to be impossible—my chat has been in a queue for three days now. Their social media only features bots, making it difficult to reach them there. In summary, I would strongly recommend avoiding this airline.
