I placed my order on August 28, and because the seller failed to include required information with the package, customs would not release it. Despite reaching out multiple times, I received little response other than being told they had sent the information to customs and nothing more could be done.This order was for a product that either needs to remain cold or is only shelf-stable for about two weeks. As of September 15, the package has been stuck in customs for over two weeks and four days (since 8/29). Even if it does eventually arrive, it will almost certainly be unusable due to their mistake, leaving me out more than a hundred dollars.I cannot recommend this seller.
