Not a good one. Only one response to emails I’ve sent. Website doesn’t offer a lot of info on shipping times and where from. No shipping updates as promised. I think this company is fraudulent. They don’t state that there products are shipped from Korea but they have an address of MO. Or how long you can expect your order to take to ship out. And customer service is lacking in professionalism. I would assume that’s the American based part of the business. The Koreans I’ve dealt with in the past have always been professional and about tracking numbers and emails on delays. I got an email back saying here’s your tracking number AGAIN who’s the scammers now. Very professional! Delivery date 7/5 from Korea. Nabota is suppose to be delivered chilled. Not sure how that’s going to happen it “said” it was shipped out on 6/23. Worst experience. Pls make sure when ordering any product like this that the website clarifies where it’s shipping from. I thought it was a local USA retailer. I think they just drop ship.
