Not worth a single star. I regret ordering from this company. As others mentioned, I rushed my order and received no replies to my emails or calls. The heated vest I ordered was not cheap. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and tried to cancel within 12 hours, but my email was ignored, and I received the wrong size. They don't respond at all, and the phone line is dead. People like this disgust me. Please don't fall victim like I did.
