Any company that would email a customer to propose the customer drop her dispute with Visa in exchange for an immediate refund from the company is perpetuating a SCAM.A provisional credit from your credit card company IS immediate, and this vendor knows it. I didn't fall for this trick nor was I fooled by their repeated offers of a discount on a replacement in response to my refund demands after waiting two months for a rug that never came. (No explanation given for the delivery failure, though I suspect the poor choice of shipper [GoFo Express, 1.3 Yelp rating] may have had something to do with it.) In lieu of timely or productive customer service help I was spammed with emails seeking my review. (Spoiler alert: negative reviews are deleted.)The company address listed on Trustpilot is nothing but a virtual office presence (rent a desk by the hour or month) and there's no phone.
