I would suggest NOT playing the auto-renew card on their policy. This is something I never signed up for and they just arbitrarily did it. When they sent me a notice that they intended to auto-renew, I even sent a message specifically stating to not auto renew my policy.I will not use AFC in the future and they are lucky that I am not going to dispute the claim with my bank. On top of that, they never completed their "electronic check" process for a claim several months ago; I never received the check.
