never in my life had i cried so hard doing this program. i am a 11 year old girl who has done this program since this January. This program teaches u how to be independent on your work but not for me. I hate this web so much. The instructions are never clear and i hate it so much. When u get something wrong it takes off 6 percent but when u get one right it only gives 5. I have cried so many times because the thing sucks.
