This site is a scam, and the support service is extremely lacking. I was mistakenly banned due to someone else posting fake payout screenshots, and instead of addressing the issue, they banned me. When I contacted the support team, it took more than 24 hours to receive a reply, which simply stated that the "decision is final." They appear to have only one representative using a fake name, who is not doing her job.
