I have been absolutely petrified of the dentist, needles and suffer with medical anxiety (since lockdown) so much so I have not been in 10-12 years. I was recommended to come to Affinity by a friend and although apprehensive I decided to see if they are taking on new patients and they were! I got the courage to book my first appointment but got covid (Which i was quite happy about as i got to miss the appointment), they were very understanding and i said i would book in another time.I went for the check up and realised very quickly i was at ease, from the friendly welcome to the laid back journey all the way to the end. I could not fault.i was told what treatment i needed and decided to get booked in straight away as soon as they could so i couldn't back out.I am now writing this review after 4 visits to the hygienist, 16 injections later and with a brand new smile, happy and ready to go back to get fillings done! Tracey the hygienist was amazing! She is kind, patient and so understanding! I could barely feel a thing and she understood that sometimes i may need to take a break and we would sit and talk until i was ready to carry on the treatment.Even the receptionists were understanding, they helped me after my first initial treatment to calm down and be able to go home.Thank you to everyone so far at Affinity, you guys are amazing!
