I bought a dress from Kay Unger. It was supposed to arrive on 11/21/25 for an event. It was not delivered until 11/24/25. I returned the dress to Kay Unger & I was told that I would receive a full refund. Affirm has been given the delivery confirmation & will still not refund my $$. It has been an absolute nightmare. They have reported this on my credit report as unpaid.
