I spent over $200 for a shade which is still not functional.Trying to hang the window treatment was been nothing short of a nightmare.The design is ridiculous for an outside mount relaxed Roman shade.We could not even use the screws provided because there was barely space between the top of the head rail and the ceiling - we had to use a special drill bit and a wrench to get the screws into the head rail.There were two pieces for cord on the back of the fabric just hanging - they were not attached to anything at the bottom - there was NOTHING in the directions about this. I had to do a general Google search to figure out what to do with the pieces. The directions for the tension device cannot be followed because there is no toggle switch on it. We basically have a piece of fabric hanging down over the window that cannot be raised.We have window treatments throughout our house and this is by far the WORST design I have ever seen. We have spent $200 and do not have a functional window treatment. I received one call back and was supposed to be emailed a video on how to install the tension device. I have received nothing. Three emails have been sent and two messages voicemails have been left. No response. A very DISAPPOINTED customer.
