I ordered two phones for my sons for Christmas. Unfortunately, confirming an existing mobile number led to an email being sent to my son, ruining the surprise. The second phone was canceled, forcing me to purchase it elsewhere. I filed a complaint and was promised a follow-up within days, but I have yet to receive any response. I will not be returning to this service.
