I placed an order for a phone on 7th December as a Christmas gift for one of my children. A few days later, I received an email stating my order was on hold due to a mismatch between my credit card address and delivery address, which was incorrect. They asked for statements to verify my address, which I opted not to provide. Eventually, we resolved it using a different payment link. Shortly after, I got another email saying the phone was out of stock. I inquired about other available colors and sizes, and then received a message indicating my phone was being dispatched. While it was frustrating, I thought at least it was on its way. The following day, DPD notified me of a delivery, but they did not show up. When I checked, I was informed the package was being returned to the seller without any delivery attempt made. Since then, I have called the seller several times, receiving inconsistent explanations for the phone's absence, none of which made sense. Promises of callbacks and email updates have not materialized. As of 23rd December, the third representative I spoke to finally called back, assuring me that the phone would arrive tomorrow. We shall see. UPDATE: The phone was finally delivered today (Christmas Eve). To their credit, the wait times for calls are not long.
