I filled in the online request form on a Friday afternoon and within minutes a gentleman by the name of Chris Royston called me back. Very polite, he took a few minutes to take a few details then was very regretful that he couldn't organise a surveyor to visit over the weekend. We made an appointment for the Monday at noon.The surveyor Mike Carroll arrived bang on time. He took the time to reassure me that he would only recommend a stairlift that would be suitable for my husband. He took some measurements and asked a few questions and then made his recommendation. He was very honest and upfront, he didn't try and sell me the most expensive product. Overall I am very satisfied with the process. Oh.... The stairlift is being fitted Wednesday!!!!.Thank you.
