I ordered a rug at the beginning of June and received it in Canada before end of the month. The rug is beautiful, and true to its photo online. Customer service is also very good and responsive. They kept me updated on the status of the shipment and when I should expect delivery. I love the rug, and couldn't be happier with the product!
