These criminals do not deserve a star - the impunity with which some corporate bodies rip off their customers should be a source for serious concern. I subscribed to the 40GB (#10k) ultra plan on the 2nd Feb '23 and by day 6, I get a notification that I've run out of data - utterly alarming! Customer Service is horrendous
