Airtel is more or less a fraud, my airtime always disappears even without using it. I had tried several times recharging without using it but it will disappeared. All effort to speak to customer support is zero.
Another fraudulent activities of Airtel is their YouTube night data bonus, once it is 12:00 am, your YouTube will cease to load while you are using Airtel network.
