My report about this company is sad, as it involves an amount of money that, for me, is a lot. I operated during the month of march and april on UKCOCOA and USCOCOA assets, experiencing significant growth in my account. When I went to make a withdrawal, the company took a long time to process it and I got in touch again, they informed me that I had the wrong account type for withdrawal, which would need to be through Binance Pay and not in USDT on Binance, I redid the withdrawal and after a few days they informed me that my balance would not be paid, as they informed that the liquidity provider blocked my operations, informing me that I do arbitration and that I am part of a group of people who were moving the market together, but I make an average of 15 per day and that they were short duration, (can't that?) I can't trade with a short stop? Do I have to operate as you want? And that they would withdraw all my profit (my work) made so far, they simply cleared my balance and left me at zero, without giving me the chance to explain or defend myself. I was outraged, because I didn't break any rules, they didn't present me with an alternative or allow me to contest or defend myself against the absurd blockade. Therefore, I am outraged at the company, despite having a good trading environment and good support via chat, they did not pay me what I built during the month, whereas the profit made is real profit and they should have paid me, because if i broke, some rule, that they would tell me before I lost the entire month of operations. Therefore, I demand that my amount be paid back here and that I be allowed to present proof of my operations and that I operate alone, without a group or arbitration (I don't even know how to do that). Is it because I'm very profitable? Tell me here so that everyone knows and remember, I have video of every day operated, I have proof of my operations and daily profits.
