Every time I try to withdraw cash from my investment account, there’s always an excuse to postpone the process or delay the release of funds. This time, it’s a pointless tax compliance form that requires me to confirm details that are either obvious or that they’ve known from the beginning. Their customer service... well, they seem unfamiliar with the concept of customer service. It’s no surprise to see that their reviews are entirely negative.
