Mr.Shailender in dubai and his team were very prompt in answering every query I had and successfully shipped as per agreed schedule. At second stage in india their local contact Ms Manjula in chennai office was very customer centric and answered my calls late night and also weekends and also during her personal leave. Lastly when consignment arrived in Hyderabad Mr Francis their local manager took total control over the delivery and unpacking. His commitment to job was extraordinary and followed the truck till 4 am when it reached our apartment. His unpacking team was very fast. Efficient. Overall it was a great experience. I will not hesitate to recommend them to any customer who wishes to transport from Dubai to India or elsewhere . Their rates were also reasonable and customer friendly.
