Deceptive practices. I strongly advise against using this service despite its reputation. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and will betray your trust. Never pay the full amount upfront. I arranged a large shipment, and when the truck was supposed to arrive, there was no sign of it for hours. Their representative was unresponsive and dismissive when I sought assistance. They even attempted to blame me for their delays. After multiple issues with the truck and inadequate communication, I was left frustrated and without a resolution. Be cautious; they do not manage their operations well.
