Absolutely horrible experience. Till the payment part every thing is golden. Once the payment is done, things go to shit. You cant track your consignment as it sits at their center for weeks. Their customer care doesn't respond and when it does they tell you off very rudely.It has been 19 days since I booked my consignment. They keep telling me to wait 2 more days. Burn your belongings rather that booking with these guys
