Unprofessional, pathetic service

All these years what I heard of agarwalpackers is a big lie.1. Unplanned resources with limited material.Sent only 3 people for 2.5 BHK packing with only 20 cartons which got utilized by afternoon 1:30 PM. After that the labor was just sitting/waiting for 20 more cartons to resume packing. After continuous calls to supervisor/managers, finally the cartons came at 5:30PM and the packing resumed and finished packing at 7:30PM.2. Labour skill:- Out of 3, one was just a new joinee who was learning how to pack. He was not in uniform. So I believe agarwalpackers arranged some random resources for packing. This person was least bothered by what we were telling him. He would neither say yes nor no. It was a tough time with him. He does not know how to segregate steel, plastic and ceramic materials. Just mixed everything in a single carton to save the material or he was too lazy. Other two were in their 50's which was another challenge to explain due to their superior complexity of packing experience (as if they know everything). Hell...3. Truck allotment:I paid for single service but the truck allotted was 14 feet. When I saw the truck it looked small for the items I have. Then I peeked into the truck and found that half of the truck was already filled with someone else's material. Truck driver said its sharing basis. This was a big shock for me as I paid for a single service. I called the supervisor and asked for a single service truck. Then they sent a bigger truck such that it got filled 50% only and the rest was empty. They did not put a seal in front of me so I believe they might have used the empty part of the truck to load the previous materials. Ultimately they fooled me in the simplest way. Driver was tricking me saying that the seal is in godown and they will seal it there. I was so tired by 8:30PM and I did not have energy to argue with these guys..so I just left it hoping at least my items will reach my destination.4. Unloading at HYDERABAD:- 3 resources allotted to unload the items. Though the unloading was smooth, the leader among them demanded Rs. 3000/- ( Rs. 1000/- each). They did not move until I paid. I thought of raising a complaint but did not do it. I did not want to create a nuisance in the society I just entered.Overall:for my GC: 4x2xxxx, I paid Rs.41,000/- and another Rs.3000/- for unloading.NOT FAIR. And it was not a quality service.
