My experience has been extremely disappointing. Everything seemed fine until the payment was made, but then it all went downhill. I can't track my shipment, which has been stuck at their facility for weeks. The support team is unresponsive, and when they do reply, it's in a very rude manner. It's been 19 days since I sent my package, and they keep asking me to wait for two more days. I would recommend getting rid of your items instead of using this service.
