I wish there was six stars. I have been so frustrated with the Aged Care system in Australia (which I understand, has systematic issues) Even as a daughter, supporting her older mother, I've found it confusing and time-consuming. One inquiry to Aged Care Decisions and the next day two of their very kind and understanding workers supported me to generate a list of places that suited my family's needs (all presented really clearly!) and arranged them to call me. They really took a lot of time to understand my family's needs (not just "here are his medical conditions" but considered his likes, hobbies) and generated amazing results that I myself, looking for the same things, could not find. I cannot recommend them enough
