The gentleman assisting was helpful and nice to deal with recommending me 4 hones that fitted the needs of my husband but I asked for nursing homes around Easter n suburbs and that not what git recommended.I did ask him why surely there is at least 35 around Eastern Suburbs and he said none fitted the needs of my husband which I might add are my edium and definitely not high dependence
I got a call back few days later to see how I was getting on and told him I did my own research and found quite a few Round Eastern Suburbs that would suit and when I asked how come wasn't recommended any he told me your company is not affiliated with any of them
Grr not happy at that's not what I was lead to believe
So basically your recommendations are biast as you get commision from certain ones

I am actually going to report this incidence to Consumer Affairs as how many customers have had this done to
Liong story so I can't basically trust your company and have to after all do the research myself
