I was approached by a desperate salesman named Rizvan from Ageless London at Westfield White City while I was with my 14-year-old daughter. He used aggressive and manipulative tactics, repeatedly pointing out supposed “flaws” on my daughter’s face to make her feel insecure. Targeting a minor in this way is completely unacceptable.He struggled to find any issues with my skin, yet tried to sell me an eye serum despite having very large bags under his own eyes, which seriously undermined the credibility of his claims.The “peeling serum” demonstration was misleading — the peeling is simply the product clumping together, not dead skin being removed. He then offered a discount in exchange for a positive review, which raises serious concerns about review manipulation.Overall, this experience felt like a scam built on pressure, insecurity, and gimmicks. Thankfully, my daughter’s card payment didn’t go through. I strongly advise others to avoid.
