I feel ghosted by this company so maybe if I post here I can finally get AgeMate's customer service attention. Sent 3 emails and posted comments with ZERO response or any inclination to fix their problem. I got a small blip on the radar of them asking me for my email address on a post when I commented that they had time to post stories to Instagram but no time to respond to customer queries - gotta reel in some more unsuspecting fish I guess! Told them to check their hello @ agemate - dot - com - account once in a while - all information is there. I have a subscription with this company - 3 month in now - all going ok until now - part 2 of my DOUBLE subscription is missing - told them I only received one. There is no number to call so you are at the mercy of whoever is checking emails. Today is day 4 of no response. I will keep going because its the principle PLUS I'm VERY pissed off. Don't post some bullshit generic reply about asking me for my email - YOU HAVE IT WITH THE ORDER NUMBER IN ALL 3 EMAILS!!!! Sooo - for the love of God fix your problem!!!!!
