Before starting, we had a personal consultation with Ming himself, which was honestly one of the most reassuring and refreshing experiences I’ve had in my child’s therapy journey. Ming took the time to truly understand my child’s needs, laid out a realistic roadmap, and—most importantly—was very honest about what progress can look like and how long it may take. That honesty gave me clarity, trust, and realistic expectations rather than false hope.We were then assigned a personal coach, Chuck, who has been absolutely wonderful. Chuck is incredibly observant and thoughtful in his approach. He knows exactly what to work on and when, and every step feels intentional and tailored to my child rather than generic, even though we are following a therapy outline, in a way. Being able to get daily feedback on what you're working on is invaluable and I don't know if there's anything like this available anywhere else.Because of AOS, Ming, and Chuck, I finally feel hopeful, informed, and confident as a parent navigating speech therapy. We’ve already seen meaningful progress, and just as importantly, I now understand the “why” behind what we’re doing.
