If you are anticipating a training where you are shown a sequence of PowerPoint slides and you just need to sit and learn everything by heart, then this training is not for you. In his training, Nils encourages co-teaching, group activities, learning by doing. He motivates discussions on agile topics; gives and asks participants to quote real-life product scenarios and examples. Focusing on bringing a mindset change in the participants is clearly mirrored in his training. Useful tips for the scrum.org certification examination are very helpful.
