Update to my review (27 Feb), Agora have reached out and offered a replacement. I appreciate the fact that they took action even when it wasn't their fault. I have therefore amended my rating to reflect their professionalismOriginal complaint below (now addressed):The package never reached me. It's not really the fault of Agora, because the DPD driver delivered it to the wrong address. But at the end of the day I paid Agora for nothing....
